There has been a growing number of enthusiasts and apprentices from around the world. The body construction is popular with men as young as 15 to those who are more 50 years of age. More women are also becoming bodybuilders. Body building is very easy learning. Doing so is the hardest part.
There is no specific age to start building the body, especially if you only intend to make a hobby of it. Beginners can start by following the steps here, so it may be well on their way to becoming certified bodybuilder.
Before starting each session bodybuilding, always remember to focus in a part of your body at once. Since they are just groping in bodybuilding, it is important that you start slow and concentrate on one body part per week. Do not be too impatient and extra training. You could lose muscle instead of gaining. Train your body part in order of largest to smallest.
1. Crunches, 3 sets, 10-20 repetitions. This will work your upper abdominal section.
Lie on a mat firmly with your knees bent and feet together. Cup your hand behind the ears and no movement from the hips down, curl up towards your knees. Be sure to use the shoulder blades to lift, and not the back. Do for 10 to 20 times, depending on how much you can do.
2. Incline, 3 sets, 12-15 repetitions. This exercise is for your upper chest and shoulders and triceps.

Bodybuilding requires having a positive mindset to succeed. Beginners should have the right amount of commitment before going ahead with it. There is much work to do. There are a lot of steps to suffer. It will be a long process, but the results will all be worth it. Start today. Follow and build that body.
