I recorded this song with me playing Audacity an electric guitar without an amplifier, and was very strong. Is there any way to make it sound like an acoustic guitar, some make it sound softer. Can anyone recommend any effect to do that? Any help is appreciated.

Does the artist electric guitar, electric guitar or the artist? I suspect the answer to that question could vary significantly depending on who asked. A manufacturer such as Gibson, Fender, Yamaha or probably respond that an artist is only as good as its instrument. However, a guitarist, while willing to recognize the importance of a good guitar, would probably want to take the lion's share of credit for himself. This is the "chicken and egg "question of the musical world and one that probably never know the answer. Fortunately, even without knowing it, we can still enjoy the outrageous talent that Electric guitarists have shown for decades.
Keith Richards. My favorite quote about this gentleman comes from comedian Robin Williams Live 2002 performance Broadway: "I know everything there is a cure for bioterrorism sent to us. I know there is one, and is Keith Richards, I know. He is the only man on the planet who can go 'anthrax? (sniff) alriiiight! "sums it up, do not you think? Mr. Richard, guitarist for The Rolling Stones, is a wonderful example of the rock and roll, electric guitar. That is rebellious, scandalous, filthy rich and still going strong.
Eddie Van Halen. A poster child for the age big hair of the 80s, this man is still recognized thirty years after the launch of the first album from his band, which was titled "Van Halen". Hey, if both the band and the album are named after you, that kind of says it all. Van Halen did not confine his talents to his own band either, and he contributed a guitar solo the song of another icon of the 80s. The icon was Michael Jackson and the song was Beat It No wonder this kind remains (in) famous.
Carlos Augusto Alves Santana. No, I knew I had four names or, for me will always be "Santana". This gentleman first became famous for more than forty years and is showing no signs of slowing. Their styles are rock, blues, salsa and jazz fusion. His music has experienced a resurgence in popularity in the last decade and in 2003, Rolling Stone named Santana number 15 on its list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time. Talk about getting the industry seal of approval.
Jimi Hendrix. Possibly it has never been a guitarist that strongly influenced the industry or more perfectly represented a generation. It has, posthumously, has been included in both the U.S. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Music Hall of Fame in the UK. He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a statue in the streets of his hometown, Seattle, Washington, and an eternal place in the annals not only of American music, but American history. A great performer and a brilliant innovator, Rolling Stone named him number one in its 2003 list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time. He remains one of the most famous artists who ever lived.
