Green Abalone
Is it the darling of abalone?
I took fresh abalone from the freezer to defrost in the refrigerator in the background. However, because I end up cooking, I made it thawed in the refrigerator for about 4 days before putting it back in the freezer. It's been two weeks and only removed from the refrigerator and the outer edge of the abalone is green! I havent seen the abalone, until now, because if used in a way that was green to start. Is it possible that abalone have a greenish tint on the sides?
