Guitar Is My Left Hand Fingering wrong technique?
Well, playing guitar, and I've been around 2 years. Today they told me when I play, toes of my left hand not holding a note too far from the strings. He said that doing this was making it harder for me because I move my fingers still more to reach the ropes when I need it too, and this, in the long run, limit the speed of my game. I'm doing this too and not that far from normal, but I wonder if this is a big problem or one that has to worry about. If this is a problem, how can I correct this? Personal experiences help. I hope you can understand what I mean. Thanks
While the notes are not buzz when you play, I'd say no problem. If you press too hard you will acute everything.
